We developed a mascot for Gold One Group — a rhino in full PPE — through character sketches, poses and expressions, then put him to work.
He fronts a company-values campaign (Team Work, Respect, Integrity, Accountability, Delivery and Trust Relationship), notice-board templates for internal communications, and a “Guess the character and win” competition that invited employees to name him.
